The Role:

You have a passion for all things social. You’ll start the day by checking how our most recent social media campaign is performing (probably whilst sipping a hot, caffeinated drink). You’ll then have a “stand up” where we check in on how our day ahead looks across the team. Now, the day truly starts! Whether it’s planning and building the audience that we want to show our newly filmed destination guide about Tenerife to creating content that we feel is going to be interesting to people soon to be flying, or simply optimising our current campaigns - the CPM looked a bit high yesterday due to the frequency increasing. Each day is different. The main aim that we want to achieve is to show interesting and engaging content, to the right audience to tell them who we are, what we do and how we can help them have a better holiday. Our vision as a team: Inspire, educate and help customers get the most out of their trips.

You’ll be responsible for ideation, creation, planning, execution and optimisation of all of our social content. You’ll work closely with the Paid Acquisition Team as well as the Brand Team to ensure that we’re being as effective in what we do as possible. You’ll use your communication skills to build strong relationships with stakeholders and share your knowledge, encouraging collaboration across the business.

You’ll use your excellent analytical and organisational skills to identify opportunities. As someone with a keen eye for detail, you will be able to interpret data, spot trends and make swift recommendations for improvements. We want to move fast and test so you’re always looking for the next best thing in social.
