Growth Projects Manager (Price Promotion)
Salary: Up to £40k DOE + profit share + benefits

We’re looking for a Growth Projects Manager to help define and deliver our price promotional strategy across all channels and product categories. You will be part of our growth team who do pretty much what it says on the tin; they find ways to grow the business - whether that’s growing basket size, conversion, customer acquisition or profitability. The team works alongside a dedicated engineering pod to deliver continual optimisation across the business, wherever there is opportunity to grow!
Although based in the Growth team you will be working closely with multiple teams on a daily basis, specifically our commercial and partnerships teams, all of our traffic teams, multiple web pods, plus our data science and insights teams.
You will be responsible for ensuring we are delivering the right price promotion, to the right customer, at the right time. All our price promotions must either deliver positive ROI, support our customer acquisition strategy or allow us to build trip value. It is your job to ensure this is happening, and that the business has clear visibility over the level and type of return.
As well as delivering the strategy across channels, you will also be heavily involved in the continued development of cutting edge price promotion technology, working closely with engineers and tech pods to ensure the product is in great shape, and able to support the delivery of the strategy.
This is a heavily data driven role, you will spend a lot of your time looking for trends in data and are more than comfortable pulling data from multiple sources. You also have a keen eye for identifying new ways of dissecting our data to find opportunities and are in regular contact with the relevant teams to improve our datasets.
You’ve most likely worked in a competitive commercial setting, have a strong background delivering positive ROI and are able to deliver an initiative all the way through from an idea to an outcome with detailed reporting. You will form hypotheses on what success will look like and ensure you have the measurements in place to know the impact. Strong and confident communication in this role is critical as there are many stakeholders of price promotions and it is your responsibility to ensure they have all the details they need to understand your work, and also have the opportunity to collaborate on decisions you make.
