We are Holiday Extras Shortbreaks, part of the award-winning Holiday Extras Group. As well as top London theatre breaks, we work on behalf of the UK’s leading theme-park brands as their official short break provider. Representing these brands, we are the face of the product and we work hard to build great rapport and really get to know our customers, helping them to make their free time count and ensuring that their trip away is everything they want it to be.
Who we’re looking for...
We’re looking for amazing customer service experts to join our contact centre team. You will need to enjoy hitting personal and business-wide targets, as well as delivering a customer service that not only delights our customers but also exceeds the standards expected by the brands themselves through a mystery shop programme.
You will be passionate about delivering great, personalised service and excited by the ability to really get to know your customers. You’ll need to have a warm, friendly, inviting tone of voice and the ability to adapt your approach to each customer. We are not necessarily looking for people who have worked in a contact centre before but you should be able to demonstrate an ability to deliver first class customer experience.
What we’re offering...
We are offering seasonal contracts across our peak summer period from July to September 2018. We are able to offer a variety of hours (up to full-time at 37.5 hours per week) and we are looking for flexible people who are able to work across our contact centre opening hours (Monday to Friday, 9.00am - 9.00pm and Saturday & Sunday, 9.00am - 5.30pm).
