Team Manager - Insurance

We’re looking for a Team Manager to join our Insurance contact centre team. We want you to bring your brilliant coaching and management skills to drive the performance of our incredible Travel Consultants by helping the team achieve their goals and perform at their best. You will be motivating and inspiring and can expertly balance people’s individual needs with the needs of Holiday Extras and most importantly the customer.
You will be part of our growing Contact Centre Team and work collaboratively with other Team Managers to support the delivery of great service, bookings and team development. You will be comfortable delivering feedback and able to use relevant data and metrics to coach and drive the performance of your team members.
As someone who likes to see results you will focus on driving performance whilst keeping your team engaged. You can be guaranteed that no two days will be the same.
