Partnerships Development Lead
Package: Up to £45,000 DOE + profit share + benefits + company car
We’re looking for experienced Partnerships Development Lead to join us on the Holiday Extras campus and become part of our expert team. The workload is fast-paced, but the atmosphere is fun.
We want our Partnerships Development Lead to bring their brilliant coaching and management skills to drive the performance of our Partnerships Development Managers and Insurance Support Team by helping the team achieve their goals and perform at their best. You will be motivating and inspiring and can expertly balance people’s individual needs with the needs of Holiday Extras.
You will be part of our growing team and work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders to support the delivery of great relationships with our partners and identify new opportunities whilst getting the best from our partnerships.
You’ll have several years of experience managing people and have a strong background in account management. Exposure to the travel industry is not essential, but you should have worked in an environment where building and maintaining strong partnerships is key. As an experienced people manager you will share your knowledge, coach, challenge and mentor the Support Team helping them be “the best version of themselves’.
