Senior Business Insight Partner

We specialise in selling top London theatre breaks and work on behalf of the UK’s leading theme-park brands as their official short breaks provider.
We’re looking for a Senior Business Insight Partner to join us at our Apple Barn campus and become part of our expert team. Your mission (if you choose to accept it) will be to use your exceptional data modelling skills and commercial acumen to help the business make informed strategic decisions and take the lead on delivering against these. You will be expected to drive and collaborate on ideas to optimise trading performance, identify trends and act as a change agent within the business.
You will be part of our Business Insight (BI) team whose remit is to partner with the business to understand trading performance, inform stakeholders of threats and or opportunities, and influence key decisions. You will also coach key stakeholders and the wider business on the value of data, showing them ways in which they can self-serve.
You’ll already have deep analytical experience, a proven track record of contributing towards growth, and strong relationship building skills. Advanced knowledge of Excel and strong data modelling skills (including forecasting) are a must. You'll also be capable of writing freehand SQL, have an appreciation of split testing best practices, and an awareness of various data visualisation tools.
