Senior Marketing and Campaign Manager

Who we’re looking for...
An experienced Marketer with previous brand and digital marketing experience. You’ll need to demonstrate that you have broad experience in launching new offers, planning awareness campaigns and identifying key customers and how to target them.
As the role requires developing marketing strategies for our short break partners, particularly during need periods, the ideal candidate will know how to showcase well thought through briefs including calculating ROI’s. You will need to deliver long and short-term marketing campaigns across multiple channels and have a clear strategy on how to monitor and report on the effectiveness of each campaign.
We are also looking for someone that can demonstrate experience in branding, ideally within a travel environment, with the ability to understand and drive market share by appealing to larger demographics.

Skills and Experience
- Experience of leading the strategy for major brand marketing campaigns either at a senior role in-house for a major consumer brand (preferably in the travel vertical) or agency-side with multiple relevant clients
- Professional standard of written English, i.e. perfect literacy
- Modern, creative, vibrant approach towards creating artwork and content
- Driven to achieve, with the ability to meet strict deadlines
- Team player - someone who thrives and achieves their best when working in a team
- Advanced Marketing qualifications (CIM preferred)
- Experience of using Google Analytics
- Previous experience in the travel industry
