The Partner Services Director role in a nutshell
We care about creating amazing relationships with our people and partners as much as we care about making our guests’ experiences the best they can be. We also strive to ensure that we remain agile as we grow whilst still providing exceptional service to our partners. As Partner Services Director you’ll be responsible for developing and driving our relationships with key partners, influencing product and marketing direction and acting as a strategic partner to their management team.
You will help drive the business by taking the lead in delivering exceptional trading performance across all partner resorts, and by overseeing strategic and tactical marketing planning for our partners. You’ll deliver a clear vision for our marketing strategy and have a deep understanding our partners’ annual trading cycles, as well as ensuring guest experience remains at the heart of everything we do.
You’ll drive and develop our partnerships, marketing and business development teams, working closely with the Delivery Director to ensure that we are primed to deliver innovations that enhance our partnerships and propel the business forward.

- You have demonstrable experience in successfully leading partnership management teams, ideally in an agency environment
- A track record of directly working with partners to translate trading budgets into strategic and tactical solutions
- A deep understanding of marketing strategy and channels, both online and offline
- A strong track record in developing board level relationships with clients and partners
- A deep understanding of the effective use of data insight and analysis to drive strategic decision making
- The ability to actively communicate with, inspire and motivate teams across multiple disciplines
